Woodstock WWTP Improvements

Replacement of existing wastewater treatment plant. This project was dificult do to its location on the side of a mountain with a one way road for access. M2 started by installing a gravity feed bypass that fed 40,000 gallon frac tanks that were used to haul off influent flow for the duration of the project. After the bypass was completed M2 demolished the exitsing structure which allowed for completion of the new Wastewater Treatement plant. The new treatment process included 2 headworks screens, 2 separate MBR trains (self contained), chemical feed, aeration, mixing, Equalization tanks, as well as post aeration. There were both metal and block buildings used to house the new plant. Once complete the plant could process average flows of 50,000 gallons per day with peak flows of 117,000 GPD.
